BC: This is an intense, pure and appealing Sauvignon with lime, citrus, gooseberry and a subtle, nutty lees character supported by lovely acidity. Reminiscent of a very good Sancerre in style and elegance. CD: This wine has everything; wild ferment characters, lees, mineral, some sulphides, and lovely pristine fruit flavours. It's layered and wild, lengthy and lively
