Our No. 1 Bucatini is made in the hillside town of Gragnano in Italy, renowned as the birthplace of pasta. Time-honoured techniques and ingredients have earned this pasta IGP status: it's shaped using traditional bronze dies for a slightly roughened surface which holds more sauce, then slowly dried to capture the delicate flavour of durum wheat semolina. Bucatini is a thick, hollow spaghetti, typical of the Lazio region try it with amatriciana sauce, made with tomatoes, bacon and red chilli.
